Professor Paola Liverani is Italian PhD Professor and International Project Manager for IRSEF specializing in teaching English and Italian, as native bilingual in Italian and English. With expertise in design thinking, critical thinking, lateral thinking, mindfulness skills, problem-solving strategies and development of emotional intelligence, Prof. Liverani brings a comprehensive skill set to every role.

As an international Language Coach, Psychoanalyst, Counselor, Life Coach, and Water Gym Trainer, she excels at engaging with staff and she’s always ready to achieve pre-established goals. She quickly creates alternative strategies to ensure success when faced with challenges and enjoy enlightening conversations on unfamiliar topics. She emphasizes nurturing bilingual children, discovering inner talents, and promoting brain food nutrition in her teachings.

Prof. Liverani possesses innovative methodological research skills in Pedagogy, Psychology, Sociology, innovative communication, and nutrition. She promotes healthy habits in both curricular and extracurricular teaching and have extensive experience in these areas. She excels in team mediation and has strong communication and creativity skills, enabling effective problem comprehension and resolution. As a great team worker and problem solver, Prof. Liverani consistently accomplishes tasks and engages students to use their talents fully. With a passion for education, innovation and a global mindset, she connects teaching with sports and brain food nutrition. Utilizing psychoanalytic skills, she organizes training programs to bring out the best in gifted individuals through effective problem-solving strategies.

She strongly believes in the successful educational concept at BBrainy International School. Holding multiple Master's degrees and PHDs focused on effective teaching strategies and on the importance of raising bilingual/multilingual children and its outstanding impact on brain development, Prof. Liverani is dedicated to empowering individuals and inspiring a new generation of learners and leaders.
