Virtual School

Our virtual school shares the same objectives as any physical school. We provide Primary School (4-11 yrs) and Secondary School (11-18 yrs) education. Parents or students choose BBrainy® International School over a physical school because it suits their lifestyle.

Quality

We maintain high quality standards, aiming for educational standards applicable in your country. We monitor progress towards learning goals necessary for diplomas or other quality standards. To achieve this, we actively track progress per learning goal with our learning goal tracking system: Maius (https://maius.nl). Maius contains a database with learning goals from various educational institutions, including Primary Schools, Secondary Schools, Vocational Education, or Applied Universities.

Accreditation

Our school is accredited by the Italian Ministry of Education. We also have pending accreditation processes, such as American accreditation for certain states. However, accreditation is specific to each country; there is no universal accreditation. During our intake process, we discuss accreditation possibilities.

Lessons

During the intake, we agree on subjects, levels, and lesson hours. As a standard, we offer 600 lesson hours per year, with each lesson hour lasting 50 minutes. While we have summer and holiday breaks, these periods may vary due to our global presence. Therefore, lesson hours will be pre-scheduled for the year by mutual agreement. For example, Italian, History, Geography, Math, and Science for an average of 15 hours per week during 40 weeks.

We aim for classes of about 12 students. The learning process is individualized. While our dedicated teachers guide students to become independent learners, we strive for a healthy balance between teaching and coaching.

Pricing

One-time administration fee: €400,-
Based on a standard year, the cost is 600 * €6,- = €3600,-. Payment is in advance per quarter (€900,-).

Courses

Courses, such as Italian for Foreigners, are priced separately as the Certificazione di Lingua Italiana per stranieri.
